Our latest film about Daniele Piccinin, a natural winemaker, was completed in September. Daniele and his family are working organically and bio-dynamically in the hills of San Giovane Ilarone, near Verona in Northern Italy. They make wine from growing the indigenous grape of the region, Durella, alongside classics such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Not only do they make wine at Muni, but also olive oil, essential herb extracts and pizza!
